COMMERCIAL RENOVATION CONSULTATION

Tell Us About
Your Facility.

Share your facility, project scope, timeline and operational requirements. We will follow up to arrange a commercial renovation consultation and discuss the right approach for the work.

A commercial renovation consultation with Pristine is a working conversation rather than a sales call. The purpose is to understand the building, the constraint it imposes and whether we are the right team for it — before anyone talks about price.

Most commercial renovation consultation requests we receive describe a building rather than a specification, and that is the right starting point. What matters first is the site’s current condition, its intended use, whether it is an empty shell or an occupied facility, and what is driving the timeline. For occupied projects, we also establish which operations must continue. The specification follows from that, not the other way round.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

A Straightforward
First Conversation.

01We Review Your InquiryWe read what you have sent and identify what else we need to understand the facility and the constraint. Most inquiries raise two or three questions we will come back to you with before a commercial renovation consultation is scheduled.
02We Talk It ThroughA direct conversation about scope, timeline, operational requirements and whether we are the right fit. This is where phasing, out-of-hours working and system interruptions usually surface.
03We Walk the BuildingWhere the project warrants it, we visit the facility to see the conditions and the operation for ourselves, because drawings rarely show what a corridor is actually used for at nine in the morning.

The more you can tell us up front, the more useful the first conversation is. It helps to know the building type, roughly how much of it is affected, whether it is an empty shell or an occupied facility, and your intended use and timeline. For occupied projects, tell us whether the facility can close or partially close, which routes must stay open, and when disruptive work could happen. None of it needs to be precise at this stage — approximate answers are enough to shape a commercial renovation consultation into something concrete.

If drawings, a scope document or a condition report already exist, send them. If they do not, that is not a barrier. A large part of what a commercial renovation consultation produces is a clear description of the work that everyone can agree on, which often does not exist at the point the inquiry is made.

We work across healthcare facilities, senior living communities, behavioral health units and other occupied commercial buildings. We also take on empty-shell commercial build-outs. Our full commercial capabilities cover renovation, facility improvement, construction management, coordination, site management, scheduling, quality control and closeout.

We welcome inquiries for empty-shell commercial build-outs as well as occupied-facility renovations. If you are gathering options rather than ready to appoint, that is fine — a commercial renovation consultation at the scoping stage is often more useful than one held after a specification has been locked down, because the phasing and access constraints are still open to influence.

We will usually come back to you within one business day to acknowledge the inquiry and confirm what else we need. Where the project is a clear fit, the consultation itself is normally a single conversation followed by a walk of the building. Where it is not, we will say so at that first stage rather than after a wasted site visit.

It also helps to know who else needs to be involved. On occupied projects the decision rarely sits with one person: facilities, clinical or care leadership, infection prevention, safety and finance may all hold a view. Identifying those people early means a commercial renovation consultation can produce an approach everyone has already seen, rather than one that has to be renegotiated later.

If the timing is not right yet, say so. A commercial renovation consultation held six months before funding is confirmed is still worth having, because the phasing and access constraints that drive cost are usually fixed long before the specification is.

Commercial Team.

Pristine Renovations serves Tallahassee, Leon County and the surrounding North Florida region. The commercial division is owned and operated by a Florida State Certified Building Contractor, license CBC1269080, verifiable through the Florida DBPR, and carries licensing and insurance appropriate to substantial commercial work.

If you would rather speak to someone before putting anything in writing, call directly. A short phone call is often enough to establish whether a commercial renovation consultation is worth arranging, and we would rather tell you early that a project is not a good fit than take up your time.

There is no obligation attached to a commercial renovation consultation, and nothing discussed is treated as a commitment on either side. If the project is a fit, the next step is usually a walk of the building. If it is not, we will tell you what kind of contractor would suit the work better.

Anything you share during a commercial renovation consultation is treated as confidential, including drawings, condition reports and operational detail about how the building runs. We do not publish client projects without written approval, which is why this website sets out method rather than a gallery of finished rooms.

Our working area is Tallahassee, Leon County and the surrounding North Florida region. Projects outside that area are considered case by case, and we will tell you directly if the distance would compromise the responsiveness an occupied project depends on. Being able to attend at short notice, and to be present for out-of-hours work, is part of what makes the controls hold.

If you already know the constraint you are worried about — a department that cannot lose access, a system that cannot be down in working hours, a survey window you have to clear — lead with that. A commercial renovation consultation is most productive when it starts from the hardest part of the project rather than the easiest.
