COMMERCIAL CAPABILITIES
Solutions for
Complex Facilities.
our commercial capabilities cover scope, schedule, trades, site standards and quality
from planning through closeout.
SCOPE OF WORK
One Team, From Planning
Through Turnover.
Pristine manages substantial commercial renovations and empty-shell build-outs as a single accountable scope. That means one team responsible for sequencing, trade coordination, site standards and quality — and one point of contact for the facility throughout.
The commercial capabilities set out on this page are not separate services bought individually. They describe one delivery model applied to empty-shell build-outs and occupied-facility renovations: assess the site, plan the sequence, control the work, verify the quality and hand over the completed space with documentation.
That distinction matters because on an occupied project the risk is rarely the construction itself. It is the seam between trades, the interruption nobody notified, the route closed without a replacement. A single accountable scope removes those seams, which is why these commercial capabilities stay inside one team rather than being distributed across packages that each assume somebody else is coordinating.
WHAT WE MANAGE
Capabilities.
Each capability is delivered under the same operating discipline: agreed controls, documented decisions and a site that stays organized. The commercial capabilities below are applied together on most projects rather than selected individually, and the balance between them is set during planning, once the building and its operational constraints are properly understood.
Read the list as a description of one team, not a menu. The commercial capabilities Pristine brings to a project are the same whether the work is a single department or a phased program across several floors, and the same people remain accountable for them from the first site walk through to documented handover. Where a project needs commercial capabilities Pristine does not hold, we say so at the outset rather than subcontract around the gap.
Most substantial projects draw on several of these commercial capabilities at once. A departmental refurbishment inside a working clinic, for example, will involve renovation, construction management, site management, scheduling and phasing, and closeout — coordinated as one scope rather than handed between parties. Where a facility already has its own project management in place, Pristine works to it rather than duplicating it.
PROJECT TYPES
The Work We Take On.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Coordination Is
the Product.
On an occupied commercial project the finished space is largely assumed. What the client is buying is the confidence that the work will be planned, sequenced and controlled without damaging the operation around it.
Construction management is where that confidence is produced. Scope and sequence are defined before mobilization with dependencies identified, trades are stacked deliberately rather than left to collide on site, changes follow a defined approval and notification route, and progress is reported to facility leadership at an agreed cadence.
These commercial capabilities support empty-shell build-outs as well as single-corridor upgrades and phased multi-floor programs. The scale and site conditions change; planning, coordination and quality control remain central.
Pristine Renovations delivers this work across Tallahassee, Leon County and North Florida. The commercial division is owned and operated by a Florida State Certified Building Contractor, license CBC1269080, verifiable through the Florida DBPR, with more than two decades of construction and renovation delivery behind it.
- Scope and sequence defined before mobilization, with dependencies identified and the critical path agreed rather than assumed.
- Trade coordination so activity is stacked deliberately rather than colliding on site, and each trade knows what it is following.
- Change control with a clear route for approval and notification, so it is never unclear who signs a change or who tells the occupants.
- Progress reporting to facility leadership at an agreed cadence, covering completed work, upcoming disruption and anything that has moved.
- Site standards enforced daily — containment, protected routes, access control and clean close-down at the end of every shift.
- Documented turnover so the facility team inherits a record of what was installed and how it should be maintained.
Where a facility needs something outside these commercial capabilities — specialist clinical equipment, for instance, or a discipline better held by a dedicated supplier — that is identified during planning and coordinated openly rather than absorbed quietly into the program.
